The Assistant Undersecretary of Electrical Distribution Networks, Eng. Mutlaq Al Otaibi announced that his sector shifted to Electronic Archiving of all building plans and facilities of all kinds since 1959.

Al Otaibi explained that this trend is part of the digital transformation of the services provided by the ministry, as it contributes to facilitating access to buildings information and simplifying work procedures.
