The Public Authority for Housing Welfare concluded a Commitment Agreement with the winning investor to develop the investment opportunity (J3), located in the residential city of Jaber Al-Ahmad. This agreement came after the approval Institution’s Board of Directors to award that project, in accordance with the institution’s procedures with this regard.
